Minimum 7.5 years of experience in quality engineering or test leadership
15 years full-time education
Proficiency in Test Data Management Implementation
Proficiency in Test Data Management Strategy
Cross-Functional Team Leadership
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience with standard TDM tools (e.g., Delphix, PII Guard, Accelario, Curiosity, Datprof, K2View, Informatica TDM, IBM InfoSphere, Broadcom Test Data Manager)
Knowledge of TOSCA Testsuite
Knowledge of SAP systems and their landscape (recommended)
Stakeholder Management, Program/Project Management, Solution Architecture

Responsibilities

Lead a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle
Develop end-to-end testing strategies using business and functional knowledge, quality processes, and methodologies
Define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process, including test execution and defect resolution
Design and implement effective test data management strategies as a TDM SME
Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define future state/business solutions for TDM
Research, analyze, and gather information on client/project requirements to develop customized TDM strategies and ensure implementation
Act as the main TDM point of contact for the client, ensuring consistent delivery of operational activities
Develop and implement innovative and efficient strategies for test data management implementation
Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to integrate TDM solutions into workflows
Provide expert technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle
Evaluate and optimize existing test data processes to enhance efficiency and quality
Act as SME for TDM-related topics, engaging with multiple teams and contributing to strategic/operational decisions
Consult teams and provide solutions to complex problems across multiple teams and systems
Support in defining and documenting TDM concepts tailored to team needs
