Experience with performance testing tools and methodologies (Good to Have skill)
Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment practices
Familiarity with scripting languages for automation purposes
Experience in analyzing performance metrics and generating reports

Responsibilities

Enable full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle
Perform continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite
Create automation strategy, automated scripts and support data and environment configuration
Participate in code reviews, monitor, and report defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process
Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Collaborate and manage the team to perform
Responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams
Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for testing processes and automation strategies
