Requirements

  • Master's degree in engineering or natural sciences

Responsibilities

  • Handling complaints including support for root cause analysis, introduction and monitoring of sustainable corrective actions, and direct customer support
  • Conducting risk analyses, Material Review Boards, and activities in the Change Management Process (CMP) at the site
  • Supporting and leading projects on quality-related topics (e.g., dual sourcing of raw materials, qualification of new products, etc.)
  • Creating and revising quality-relevant documents (product inspection plans, Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, etc.)
  • Supporting the preparation and execution of external and internal audits
