Requirements

Master's degree in engineering or natural sciences

Initial experience in project management
Experience with MS Office applications

Responsibilities

Handling complaints including support for root cause analysis, introduction and monitoring of sustainable corrective actions, and direct customer support
Conducting risk analyses, Material Review Boards, and activities in the Change Management Process (CMP) at the site
Supporting and leading projects on quality-related topics (e.g., dual sourcing of raw materials, qualification of new products, etc.)
Creating and revising quality-relevant documents (product inspection plans, Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, etc.)
Supporting the preparation and execution of external and internal audits
