Responsibilities

负责制定并完善产品实现过程中质量控制计划
负责质量信息采集、数据分析与改进管理，并每月进行产品质量数据汇总
负责各种产品异常的调查分析的发起及跟踪，CAPA落实的跟踪验证
认真实现公司执行的质量方针和质量目标，完成本岗位质量目标
负责关键控制点的MSA分析
负责零部件及成品的检验作业指导书的编写及完善
实时组织QC活动
根据程序文件和作业指导书协调各部门之间的工作，实时改进和完善质量体系控制流程
负责对特殊过程的监控，评审过程确认方案的报告
负责评审设计变更以及设计变更的相关验证工作
负责评审设计输入/输出，评审设计验证、设计确认是否符合法规要求
完成领导安排的其他工作
