Responsibilities

Serve as Plant Quality Coordinator and provide quality services
Issue eMoC/PCN/SCN
Perform Calibration/MSA judgement
Conduct RCA/8D report and provide quality data/trends to sales
Review customer documents/contract specifications
Execute customer special requests/BKM
Coordinate customer audits and follow up on actions
Perform daily IQC/IPQC/OQC checks
Manage plant quality activities, including eCoA & PDM AR judgement/Cpk
Support Management Review Meetings
Support 3rd party and internal audits
Attend PP quarterly quality meetings and internal quality meetings
Attend internal training courses to enhance common knowledge
Execute manager’s assignments
