Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, or related) or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing process engineering with emphasis on quality, compliance, and continuous improvement
  • Strong knowledge of quality systems and tools (FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, 8D, etc.)
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Google Sheets, Excel, Minitab, JMP)
  • Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma practices
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Preferred:
  • Experience reducing color variation or managing visually critical product attributes
  • Experience developing critical process audits / feedback loops, with strong results
  • Familiarity with retail compliance and industry certifications (e.g., ISO, GMP)
  • Experience in Wholesale and/or DTC Environments

Responsibilities

  • Lead manufacturing quality process control and compliance initiatives, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and sustain quality systems and processes to drive consistency through our production and fulfillment processes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, QA, Supply Chain, and R&D teams to conduct root cause analyses and corrective action implementation (RCA/CAPA)
  • Drive process control improvements and reduce visual and dimensional variation (especially color) through standard work, operator feedback, and training
  • Analyze quality data and customer feedback to identify trends and drive continuous improvement
  • Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and SPC methodologies to lead and support ongoing improvement projects
  • Monitor and report on KPIs related to quality and consumer experience
