Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above, majoring in material, tooling or mechanical engineering is preferred
  • Over 3 years quality related experience
  • Familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, 8D, 5why
  • Good communication skills, good team player
  • Proficient in reading and writing English, basic oral skill is required
  • Willing to take challenge tasks
  • Molding/Plastic related quality experience is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Ensure Process Audit, Corrective/Preventive Action, Improvement Plan followed up for new parts' smooth input to SOP
  • Ensure Customer Quality Concerns (PRR, WIR) and VOC registered
  • Ensure Root cause Analysis and Actions followed up
  • Ensure Responsiveness satisfying customers
  • Provide Customer/Supplier Liaison if required
  • Responsible for product quality to meet or exceed the customer requirement
  • Sign the margin samples, train and exam the inspectors
  • Conduct regular internal quality audits to ensure conformance to DBS/EOS, International Quality Standards such as ISO 9000, ISO/TS 16949 and other customer requirements
  • Drive/support continuous improvement activities throughout scope
  • Be Decision maker of block stock due to quality problem
  • In charge of customer complaints, work with related dept. to analyze defects and provide corrective actions and preventive actions on time
  • Edit and update WI, control plan, Quality Alert, checklist & Lessons Learn
  • Submit 3D/8D to Customer Satisfaction Engineer on time
  • Work with PE/MFG/ME to improve product quality and other quality related services
  • Follow up and validate corrective actions
