Responsibilities

Garantizar un lugar de trabajo seguro (1.3.4.11.2.7 Manual de la política EOS)
Cumplimiento de las normas ISO45001, ISO14001 e ISO 50001 cuando aplique
Participar en la planeación y liberación de nuevas líneas y de procesos
Cumplimiento de los procedimientos y requerimientos de la norma IATF16949 de acuerdo al puesto de trabajo
Relacionarse con los diferentes departamentos de la organización para la solución de problemas de calidad del producto, materiales y procesos
Desarrollar, implementar y mantener planes de calidad del producto
Estar en constante interacción con las necesidades del Cliente y sus requerimientos
Solicitar muestras PPAP a las diferentes áreas de producción para preparar revalidaciones anuales
Proporcionar soporte técnico a la organización en relación a métodos, técnicas de control y aseguranza de calidad
Coordinar la investigación de quejas del cliente, dar soporte en la identificación de causa raíz e implementar acciones correctivas y sus verificaciones
Proporcionar condiciones de trabajo seguras y saludables para la prevención de lesiones y enfermedades relacionadas con el trabajo
Planear y dar soporte en las auditorías de producto y proceso
Autoridad: Estar facultado(a) a parar el proceso cuando esté corriendo fuera de control
Detener y reportar toda actividad/decisión que comprometa la salud y seguridad de los trabajadores así como la contaminación ambiental
