Responsibilities

Obtain metrics and performance from the quality area to ensure compliance with objectives
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams in the assigned area to ensure the process operates according to the standard and/or requirement
Ensure training for employees, administrative staff, and union members according to the typical job profile so that they have the technical skills necessary to perform the job
Coordinate and participate in A3 Operational and Improvement Plans and conduct Kaizen events
Generate each employee's personal business plan to achieve objectives
Responsible for the technical and career development of staff under their supervision
Monitor corrective actions
