Requirements

Candidates should possess a tech-savvy background with experience in configuring, supporting, or implementing software solutions, and a strong interest in IT. Experience in IT is not strictly required, but exposure to Quality Management and knowledge of regulations applying to the Life Sciences industry (pharma, biotech) is highly valued, along with a willingness to engage in comprehensive training and self-learning. Fluency in English is essential, and strong communication and presentation skills are expected.

Responsibilities

As a Quality Consultant, you will support a group of customers by understanding their business processes, providing guidance, discussing Vault changes, and applying the necessary configurations. You will actively collaborate with other teams at Veeva, shape ideas, enhance the delivery model, and work closely with the product management team to communicate customer requirements and meet evolving industry needs.
