Requirements

  • High School Graduate or Equivalent (GED) required
  • Post-secondary education in logistics or food safety is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic understanding of food safety and handling procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to frequently sit, walk, stand, use hands to handle/grasp/twist objects/tools/controls, use feet for repetitive movements, crouch, kneel, bend, stoop, twist, and reach with hands and arms
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds with assistance as needed
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment with changes in temperature/humidity, moderate to high noise levels, weekends, holidays, day/night hours, overtime, and 8-10 hour shifts as assigned
  • Flexibility for primarily 1st shift (Monday-Friday) with ability to work other shifts as needed

Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily operational logs and performance records for warehouse activities
  • Assist in ordering and tracking inventory of packaging, cleaning, and operational supplies
  • Support customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues professionally
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  • Help enforce food safety and hygiene protocols throughout the facility
