Post-secondary education in logistics or food safety is preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic understanding of food safety and handling procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to frequently sit, walk, stand, use hands to handle/grasp/twist objects/tools/controls, use feet for repetitive movements, crouch, kneel, bend, stoop, twist, and reach with hands and arms
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds with assistance as needed
Ability to work in a warehouse environment with changes in temperature/humidity, moderate to high noise levels, weekends, holidays, day/night hours, overtime, and 8-10 hour shifts as assigned
Flexibility for primarily 1st shift (Monday-Friday) with ability to work other shifts as needed
Responsibilities
Maintain daily operational logs and performance records for warehouse activities
Assist in ordering and tracking inventory of packaging, cleaning, and operational supplies
Support customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues professionally
Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Help enforce food safety and hygiene protocols throughout the facility
