Requirements

Any Graduation
1 to 3 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
Skill in Marketing Operations - Quality Management
Experience in Digital Marketing Ads & Promotion creation/design
Flexible working in shifts (including rotational shifts)
Experience in project management and Quality Practices, Processes
Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing
Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
Working knowledge of test management software
Device Testing Knowledge (iOS, Android etc.)
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Attention to detail
Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
Strong organizational skills
Experience in an automated test environment (preferred)
Certifications – ISTQB, Digital Marketing (good to have)
Programming Knowledge – Java Script, HTML, CSS, Core Java etc. (good to have)
BSC/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (good to have)

Responsibilities

Solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines
Interact within your own team and direct supervisor
Follow detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments
Make decisions that impact your own work
Work as an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work
Oversee activities and tasks needed to maintain a desired level of excellence, including quality policy determination, quality planning and assurance, quality control, and quality improvement
Ensure software testing meets business and user requirements with good test coverage to verify performance as per expectations and specifications
