Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1–3 years of experience in quality, manufacturing, or administrative support
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
Responsibilities
- Collect, label, and retain samples for positive release products, extra testing requirements, NIR, HRCI testing, sight samples, etc. (40%)
- Enforce sampling protocols, deliver samples to the lab, verify retains vs. reference samples
- Assist with investigations into customer complaint issues, driving continuous improvement at the site level (10%)
- Perform routine quality checks on pet food product to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards (30%)
- Ensure all customer-required documents (CoAs, CoCs, SDS, BOLs, placards, etc.) accompany the product prior to shipping (20%)
