Expert-level navigation of SpartanNash’s Quality Supplier Management System (Repositrak), including all capabilities such as addition/maintenance of quality assurance documentation and system design
Ability to create and maintain profiles of Own Brands suppliers
Skills to review and approve supplier 3rd party reports, certifications, audits, and corrective action reports to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Capability to draft and approve Own Brands product specifications in a timely manner
Experience maintaining item status/discontinuations
Ability to work with external manufacturers to address serious quality concerns, establish corrective actions, and assist with onsite audits of manufacturing facilities
Subject Matter Expert (SME) knowledge of SpartanNash’s Quality Supplier Management System (Repositrak)
Ability to orchestrate product cuttings, including preparation, shopping, research, scheduling, coordination, and providing weekly summaries
Proficiency in performing product evaluations from organoleptic, physical, and chemical perspectives, documenting results, and following up with manufacturers
High precision in documenting customer interactions in Repositrak, including case classification and prioritization

Assist in the establishment and maintenance of quality assurance standards to uphold company high-quality standards
Conduct product audits, manage the Quality Management System, perform Product Cuttings, and handle customer inquiries
Review and approve supplier 3rd party reports, certifications, audits, and corrective actions for GMP compliance
Draft and approve Own Brands product specifications and maintain item status/discontinuations
Work with external manufacturers on quality concerns, corrective actions, and onsite audits
Orchestrate product cuttings for new product/supplier onboarding, transitions, and reformulations, including preparation, scheduling, and weekly summaries shared with the Own Brands team
Perform product evaluations for Own Brands and DECA (Military) products against specifications and national brands, document results, follow up with manufacturers, and provide reports to stakeholders
Document customer interactions in Repositrak with precise classification, prioritization, and details
