- Extensive Regulatory knowledge
- Expertise in using Quality Management System
- Experience in auditing and CAPA Management
- Deep and proven knowledge of the pharmaceutical and/or Healthcare industry
- Qualified Person and Responsible Person Certification
- Working English and Romanian knowledge to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Analytical and Problem-solving skills to assess complex quality issues and implement effective solutions (Desired)
- Exceptional communication skills to successfully manage cross-functional team interactions and external negotiations (Desired)
- Ability to effectively manage projects and timelines (Desired)

Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor QMS compliance across local operations
- Conduct audits, manage CAPAs, and oversee self-inspections
- Coordinate product incident management and customer complaints
- Ensure compliance in repacking, import, and distribution activities
- Liaise with internal departments, external contractors, and regulatory authorities
- Provide training and support on quality procedures and regulatory standards
- Maintain documentation and support administrative quality functions
- Act as a Deputy Responsible Person and Qualified Person back-up, supporting quality operations across Romania and Moldova
