Responsibilities

  • Implement and monitor QMS compliance across local operations
  • Conduct audits, manage CAPAs, and oversee self-inspections
  • Coordinate product incident management and customer complaints
  • Ensure compliance in repacking, import, and distribution activities
  • Liaise with internal departments, external contractors, and regulatory authorities
  • Provide training and support on quality procedures and regulatory standards
  • Maintain documentation and support administrative quality functions
  • Act as a Deputy Responsible Person and Qualified Person back-up, supporting quality operations across Romania and Moldova
