Higher education: Master's degree (Bac +5) or equivalent in a relevant field
Proven experience: Minimum 5 years in industrial quality
Mastery of quality tools: Strong knowledge of ISO standards, quality audits, FMEA (AMDEC), methodologies such as DMAIC, A3, and use of MINITAB
Language skills: Fluent English (B2/C1 level), essential for an international environment
Technical knowledge: Good understanding of manufacturing processes, product safety requirements, and quality documentation
Project management: Ability to autonomously and structuredly manage quality projects

Pilot the site's Quality policy
Ensure application of ISO standards, customer requirements, and Group standards
Maintain and evolve quality documentation and the management system
Ensure product compliance & safety: Represent product safety and compliance (PSCR) and pilot internal audits
Analyze causes of non-conformities, validate Process FMEA (AMDEC), and follow up on corrective actions
Manage your team: Supervise and develop the skills of Quality agents, promote cohesion and interdepartmental communication
Contribute to continuous improvement: Be a key actor in continuous improvement initiatives and industrial performance projects
