Requirements

  • Mastery of English (reading, speaking, and writing)
  • Mastery of SAP software
  • Mastery of Office suite (Excel)
  • Mastery of ISO, BRC/IOP, and Food Defense standards
  • Bachelor's degree (BAC+3/+4) in quality management, chemistry, production management, or at least 5 years of confirmed experience in a similar position in industry
  • Soft skills: Teamwork, open-mindedness, commitment and pride of belonging, flexibility, priority management, organizational rigor

Responsibilities

  • Participate in maintaining Quality Systems in compliance with ISO 9001, BRC/IOP standards and applicable food safety legal requirements
  • Perform metrological monitoring of site equipment
  • Monitor and ensure verification of all control and measurement means
  • Conduct laboratory measurements for specific tests
  • Perform complementary controls beyond autocontrôle as described in quality plans
  • Monitor internal analyses releasing finished products
  • Validate analyses and interpret graphs for all analytical methods used (HPLC, GCMS, IRTF, DSC)
  • Communicate good practices for analytical tools and control methods through training
  • Train personnel on quality control and quality culture
  • Lead trainings and refreshers on necessary controls for recycling activities
  • Participate in internal or external studies validating new methods or standards
  • Participate in daily quality meetings
  • Issue analysis certificates for RPET clients
  • Apply and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and energy rules for self and others
  • Report any anomalies or good practices related to the system in place
  • Respect 6S in work areas and participate in its deployment
