Requirements

  • Good understanding of the reliability methodology for silicon products (knowledge of advanced nodes products is a plus)
  • Minimum of 5-7 Years of Experience in planning and executing Silicon qualifications tasks in server, client, mobile or HPC products
  • Experience with pattern implementation for reliability testing, DVS/EVS, HTOL and other tests
  • Experience of working with OSAT/Test team to debug patterns and issues observed during HTOL
  • Silicon Qualification experience is a must have
  • Excellent communications skills (verbal and written), Organization skills, highly self-motivation and problem solving skills
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technical Subject Area

Responsibilities

  • Define reliability tests methodologies that meet customer requirements
  • Create reliability test plans and work with vendors to execute them
  • Work with design teams to debug issues observed during reliability testing
  • Work with foundry and OSATs to identify failure mechanisms and their root cause
  • Work closely with Test Engineering and DFT teams for identifying patterns
