Requirements

Good understanding of the reliability methodology for silicon products (knowledge of advanced nodes products is a plus)
Minimum of 5-7 Years of Experience in planning and executing Silicon qualifications tasks in server, client, mobile or HPC products
Experience with pattern implementation for reliability testing, DVS/EVS, HTOL and other tests
Experience of working with OSAT/Test team to debug patterns and issues observed during HTOL
Silicon Qualification experience is a must have
Excellent communications skills (verbal and written), Organization skills, highly self-motivation and problem solving skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technical Subject Area

Responsibilities

Define reliability tests methodologies that meet customer requirements
Create reliability test plans and work with vendors to execute them
Work with design teams to debug issues observed during reliability testing
Work with foundry and OSATs to identify failure mechanisms and their root cause
Work closely with Test Engineering and DFT teams for identifying patterns
