Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Interest in learning and development or restaurant operations
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Comfortable presenting and speaking in front of groups
Preferred: Previous experience in a restaurant or retail environment

Responsibilities

Assist in the design and development of training materials supporting QSR team members
Support the coordination and scheduling of training sessions across multiple restaurant locations
Observe and document training sessions to provide feedback and suggest improvements
Collaborate with Field Training, Restaurant Experience, Food Safety and Marketing teams to ensure training aligns with brand standards
Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions for new training initiatives
Conduct research on industry best practices and competitor training programs
Provide administrative support for training-related projects and initiatives
