Identify and address missing documentation for both DC-DC and SGR production lines
Review all quality documents in SharePoint, revising necessary ones and marking obsolete ones as needed
Prepare, revise, and upload work instructions to SharePoint
Prepare, revise, and upload the failure catalogue to SharePoint
Prepare, revise, and upload MPI specifications to SharePoint
Prepare, revise, and upload quality-related forms to SharePoint
Prepare, revise, and upload unit-level documents to SharePoint
Prepare, revise, and archive the “Points to Consider” document
Prepare, revise, and archive missing Single Point documents
Archive training registration forms upon completion and ensure their submission to HR
Monitor and ensure the effective use of prepared documents in production
Verify that RPF are up to date and being utilized properly
Track MPI samples to ensure compliance with quality requirements
Regularly check the validity of all documents in production and revise outdated ones
Ensure the integration of information classification labels (TISAX) in offices and production areas
Ensure manually stored documents are properly archived and comply with retention periods
Support document requests from QMS for audits related to ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, TISAX and IATF 16949
Ensure that internally used documents follow the same templates for consistency across the company
Authority to stop production if deviations are detected
Influence improvements in the QMS system and Internal Audit Process
