Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Engineering, or Quality related (or equivalent long-term working experience)
  • Excellent traceable knowledge in quality management and/or document management
  • Fluent English language skills (reading and writing)
  • Experience in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, etc.) and Adobe

Responsibilities

  • Support authors in creating, reviewing, and finalizing QMS documents in SharePoint; ensure correct templates, IDs, and approval workflows
  • Maintain QMS structure and SharePoint site, update documents to align with business changes, and manage publication and archiving of QMS versions
  • Ensure version control, document traceability, and proper archiving
  • Coordinate change requests (CAPA) and support QMS governance
  • Advise authors on templates and document IDs, review drafts for compliance, and manage approval workflows
  • Resolve technical or organizational issues to maintain QMS integrity
  • Update documentation for business transformation initiatives and define quality processes
  • Train employees on document control and system use, monitor repository performance, and implement improvements
  • Support audits, track issue closure, and report KPIs
  • Act as deputy for the QMS Manager when required
  • Assist users with QMS-related queries and provide training on document control and system use
  • Guide regional quality leads and business teams on QMS matters; promote quality standards and compliance
  • Ensure accurate documentation, proactive communication, and continuous improvement of QMS usability and compliance
