One-year certificate from college or technical school preferred
Minimum of three (1-3) years of proven Quality Assurance manufacturing experience as a Quality Auditor/Inspector and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

Provide production support including precise measurement, receiving inspection, first article inspection, finished goods audit, and roving inspection utilizing micrometers, calipers, and coordinate measuring machine
Under the guidance of the Quality Supervisor, reject bad components and execute piece parts, assembly, and shipping holds, utilizing a personal computer, SAP software programs, and other applicable department peripherals
Provide quality planning and instructions utilizing applicable department peripherals
Design and coordinate audits
Perform analysis of field returns and identify root causes for discrepancies utilizing applicable production peripherals
Identify differences between establishment standards and user applications and suggest modifications to conform to standards utilizing applicable production peripherals
Write documentation and reports to describe program evaluation, testing, and correction utilizing applicable production peripherals
Adhere to approved Company, Safety, and Department policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned or within the context of defined duties
