Requirements

  • Completed MLO (level 4) or HLO education in a relevant field such as microbiology, biotechnology, or pharmacy
  • Preferably experience in the pharmaceutical industry and familiarity with GMP
  • Knowledge of laboratory automation systems
  • Full-time availability (40 hours)
  • Proficiency in both English and Dutch
  • Curious, accurate, initiative-taking, service-oriented, and eager to develop within the department

Responsibilities

  • Perform microbiological analyses such as colony counts
  • Perform physical/chemical analyses such as conductivity, pH, and chemical limit tests
  • Timely provision of reliable analysis results
  • Timely completion of (equipment) maintenance and qualification activities
  • Keep laboratory inventory management up-to-date
  • Contribute to investigations/projects within the QC department
  • Identify deviations and develop improvement plans regarding QC activities
  • Conduct microbiological and chemical analyses for release of end products, in-process materials, and raw materials in accordance with quality system guidelines
