Requirements

The candidate should have at least 2 years of hands-on manual QA experience with MacOS and desktop applications. Experience managing external QA vendors, organizing and documenting test processes, and triaging technical issues is required. Strong communication skills, familiarity with remote collaboration tools like Slack, Linear, or Jira, and the ability to overlap at least 4 hours with the Eastern Time Zone are also necessary. Familiarity with automation testing and coding knowledge are considered a plus.

Responsibilities
