Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field/equivalent education
  • 0-2 years experience in software QA/testing (internships included)
  • General understanding of software development lifecycle, testing methodologies and Agile processes
  • Basic understanding of coding languages (preferred JavaScript)
  • Familiarity with Jira ticketing and Git
  • Strong attention to detail and problem solving
  • Strong communication skills
  • U.S. Citizen and eligible for DoD Secret or TS/SCI clearance
  • Located near Long Beach, Denver or Colorado Springs (hybrid with some on-site work)

Responsibilities

  • Execute manual and automated test cases against a full stack software
  • Document and report software defects within the software lifecycle in Jira
  • Participate in an agile team sprint planning/stand ups
  • Collaborate with developers and product teams to clarify requirements and reproduce issues
  • Assist in maintaining a growing test repository of manual and automated scripts within Playwright framework
  • Continuous contribution to QA standards and testing processes
