Requirements

Candidates must possess at least 6 years of experience as a QA Engineer in Mobile Games, demonstrating ownership and successful project completion. Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and a passion for mobile games are essential. Proven experience with various mobile game testing tools and methodologies, along with clear communication skills, is required. Fluency in English is mandatory, and experience with Free-to-Play (F2P) games, game design principles, and release management are considered a plus.

Responsibilities

The QA Manager will conduct comprehensive manual and automation testing of mobile games to identify and document defects, taking ownership of the entire QA process. Responsibilities include creating processes and tools to improve game quality, monitoring technical KPIs, and proposing strategies for continuous improvement. The role also involves designing test plans for new features and releases, prioritizing and executing testing tasks, and fostering an open feedback culture. Collaboration with design and development teams to understand game mechanics and provide feedback, as well as working with central tech teams on quality initiatives, are key aspects of the position.
