As a Public Relations Manager for the Linux Foundation, you will be pivotal in driving awareness for exciting and impactful open source projects. You’ll be a key member of the PR team, working alongside marketing teams to grow awareness of open source projects. The right candidate for this role has experience in B2B tech PR, a strong understanding of the tech media landscape, demonstrated ability to craft compelling pitches, generate media coverage, create thought leadership content, and manage multiple PR programs. You should also have impeccable time management skills and can thrive in a fast-paced, agency-type environment.
Alongside the marketing team, you will work closely with a group of industry thought leaders and program managers, as well as be supported by exceptional teams delivering demand generation tools, creative services, events, analytics, and more. This position is for an individual contributor, no direct reports.
Salary: $85,000 - $97,000 USD
