  • Strong background in media relations, including interacting with A-list media, including press, wire, TV & Radio, online and social media and serving as a spokesperson
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams

  • Disease Awareness Campaign & Product Communication
  • Corporate & CR Communications to deliver Eli Lilly & Lilly Korea’s vision, mission and values
  • Corporate Responsibilities Program to position Lilly as a socially responsible and sustainable company
  • Issue & Crisis Management Communications to protect Lilly’s reputation from internal & external environmental issues
  • Affiliate Media Spokespersons Support with appropriate communications strategy and messages
  • Media Relationship Development & Maintenance with a view to positively positioning Lilly in Korea
  • Environment Shaping & Access Communications to ensure an environment/policy favorable to market access and launch excellence of Lilly products and pipelines in collaboration with Cross functional teams
  • Partner with global/IBU to cascade global/IBU strategy & tactics, update local situation & performance on a regular basis, and leverage collaboration opportunities
  • Improve PA team’s capability and leadership
