Requirements

  • Degree in engineering (production, machinery, electronics, chemistry, or related field)
  • 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
  • Solid knowledge of GMP regulations and experience with document management in a regulated environment
  • Strong communication skills, ability to motivate and collaborate across organizational levels
  • Proven experience working with LEAN principles and driving continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ability to work independently, maintain clear overview, structured and analytical mindset, logical thinking, quick identification of effective solutions
  • Fluency in both Danish and English, written and spoken

Responsibilities

  • Handle and document deviations (such as NCRs and CAPAs)
  • Provide hands-on technical support to production line
  • Lead efforts to improve processes in cooperation with R&D
  • Investigate external complaints, out-of-box (OOB) issues, and technical escalations from the line
  • Conduct risk assessment, PPRA, and auditing (IVDR / MDR)
  • Secure daily deliveries, including supplier changes, obsolete tasks, etc
  • Conduct systematic problem solving, identification of root cause / countermeasure
  • Assist in solving technical problems in mechanics, electronics, and chemistry
  • Ensure compliance with and improvement of KPIs, in collaboration with R&D, GSC, and other parties
  • Support daily production of ABL800 FLEX blood gas analyzer to meet quality standards
