As a Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist, the individual will provide outpatient mental healthcare services to patients, offering flexible work schedules and a hybrid telehealth and in-person model. They will collaborate with mid-levels for additional compensation, deliver training, ensure compliance with employment legislation, conduct audits, advise management on risk mitigation strategies, and contribute to a collegial and supportive work environment within LifeStance Health.
