Requirements
- Hochschulabschluss an Universitäten, Technischen Hochschulen, Fachhochschulen oder vergleichbaren Einrichtungen in Fachrichtung Chemie, Chemieingenieurwesen bzw. Verfahrenstechnik
- Kenntnisse in Betriebswirtschaft, Arbeits-, Umwelt- und Genehmigungsrecht sowie den relevanten Technischen Regelwerken und Normen (von Vorteil)
- Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
Responsibilities
- Verantwortlich innerhalb des lokalen Management Teams für Process Monitoring und Data Analytics
- Identifizierung und Implementierung von Prozessverbesserungen (WCI, kontinuierlicher Verbesserungsprozess)
- Produkt- und Prozessoptimierungen inkl. Betriebsversuche
- Betrieblicher Ansprechpartner für Technologietransfer innerhalb Westlake-Konzern in Abstimmung mit „Process Technology“
- Identifikation von Energieeinspar- und Nachhaltigkeitsprojekten
- Mitwirkung und Unterstützung bei Projekten zu Automatisierung und Digitalisierung
- Mitwirkung und Unterstützung im betrieblichen Tagesgeschäft der Betriebsleitung
