Requirements
- Proactive and learning attitude with a desire to learn and support others
- Fluent English
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical education (preferred: Automatics, Robotics, Programming)
- Experience in the automotive industry, preferably in electronics manufacturing, technologies, and automation
- Understanding of lean concepts and electronics manufacturing processes

- Knowledge of Six Sigma or other problem-solving methods (asset)
- Flexibility, teamwork, self-motivated, and energetic working style
Responsibilities
- Supporting process engineers in the development of prototype process equipment
- Performing prototype designs, tests, and configuration of existing designs
- Collecting production data and managing action lists related to prototype equipment
- Reporting daily KPIs (e.g., equipment OEE, FTQ)
- Supporting process engineers in documentation and process improvement
- Maintaining prototype equipment
- Responsible for all matters related to global organization and Gdańsk plant support for prototypes
