Requirements

  • Proactive and learning attitude with a desire to learn and support others
  • Fluent English
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical education (preferred: Automatics, Robotics, Programming)
  • Experience in the automotive industry, preferably in electronics manufacturing, technologies, and automation
  • Understanding of lean concepts and electronics manufacturing processes

  • Knowledge of Six Sigma or other problem-solving methods (asset)
  • Flexibility, teamwork, self-motivated, and energetic working style

Responsibilities

  • Supporting process engineers in the development of prototype process equipment
  • Performing prototype designs, tests, and configuration of existing designs
  • Collecting production data and managing action lists related to prototype equipment
  • Reporting daily KPIs (e.g., equipment OEE, FTQ)
  • Supporting process engineers in documentation and process improvement
  • Maintaining prototype equipment
  • Responsible for all matters related to global organization and Gdańsk plant support for prototypes
