Requirements

Candidates should possess an Associate's degree in Business, Communications, English, IT, or a related field, with a Bachelor's degree being preferred. A minimum of two years of proposal experience within the technology or cybersecurity industry is required, along with excellent writing, editing, and formatting skills, and strong attention to detail. Responsibilities

The Proposal Specialist will manage, coordinate, and develop high-quality responses to vendor questionnaires, risk and security assessments, RFPs, and RFIs. This includes managing project document imports and exports in the Responsive proposal platform, analyzing RFP/RFI requirements, and assigning inputs from internal stakeholders. The role involves drafting, editing, and proofreading proposal content, collaborating cross-functionally to improve processes, and managing timelines for timely submission. Additionally, the specialist will maximize content library value using AI, track proposal status, archive projects, support lessons learned, and manage the content library.
