Responsibilities

The Proposal Specialist will manage, coordinate, and develop high-quality responses to vendor questionnaires, risk and security assessments, RFPs, and RFIs. This role involves managing project document import/exports in the Responsive proposal platform, analyzing RFP/RFI requirements, and assigning inputs from internal stakeholders. Responsibilities include drafting, editing, formatting, and proofreading proposal content for clarity and accuracy, collaborating cross-functionally to improve processes, and managing timelines for timely submission. The specialist will also maximize content library value using AI, track proposal status, archive projects, and support content library management.
