Responsibilities

  • Coordinates, oversees and completes functions on assigned trials activities detailed on the Intern task matrix
  • Supports the maintenance of study specific documentation and systems including study team lists, system access management, and tracking of project level activity plans in appropriate system
  • Provides system support (e.g., CTMS, Oracle Activate & eTMF) by managing access requests, tracking study level documents and maintaining audit readiness
  • Manages administrative responsibilities related to assigned trials, including processing documents sent to PPD's/Client eTMF in a timely manner, conducting mass mailings and communications as needed, and providing documents and reports to internal team members
  • Supports scheduling and organization of client and/or internal meetings with completion and distribution of related meeting minutes
  • Exports and prepares study metrics reports
  • Maintains vendor trackers
