Responsibilities

Coordinates, oversees and completes functions on assigned trials activities detailed on the Intern task matrix
Supports the maintenance of study specific documentation and systems including study team lists, system access management, and tracking of project level activity plans in appropriate system
Provides system support (e.g., CTMS, Oracle Activate & eTMF) by managing access requests, tracking study level documents and maintaining audit readiness
Manages administrative responsibilities related to assigned trials, including processing documents sent to PPD's/Client eTMF in a timely manner, conducting mass mailings and communications as needed, and providing documents and reports to internal team members
Supports scheduling and organization of client and/or internal meetings with completion and distribution of related meeting minutes
Exports and prepares study metrics reports
Maintains vendor trackers
