Responsibilities

Maintain safety practices in compliance with company procedures
Adhere to company safety rules and lead weekly safety meetings
Deliver completed projects according to contractual obligations and scope of work
Prepare and manage project budgets
Prepare and maintain project schedules, including participation in development and regular updates
Conduct weekly project meetings with stakeholders
Ensure project adherence to the contracted scope of work
Manage client communication throughout the project lifecycle
Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance plans
Develop and manage departmental reporting guidelines
Participate in the preconstruction process as necessary
Work with the project development team to identify and develop energy projects
Perform site surveys for engineering and proposal development (training provided)
