Responsibilities
- Maintain safety practices in compliance with company procedures
- Adhere to company safety rules and lead weekly safety meetings
- Deliver completed projects in accordance with contractual obligations and scope of work
- Prepare and manage project budgets
- Prepare and maintain project schedule, including participation in development and regular updates
- Conduct weekly project meetings with the owner, design team members, jurisdictional authorities, and construction team members
- Responsible for project adherence to the contracted scope of work
- Responsible for client management throughout the project lifecycle
- Assists in the development and implementation of quality assurance plans
- Develop and manage departmental reporting guidelines
