Responsibilities

Maintain safety practices in compliance with company procedures in all aspects of job performance
Adhere to company safety rules, ensure compliance, and lead weekly safety meetings
Uphold the company's Standards of Quality and Excellence
Deliver completed projects in accordance with contractual obligations and scope of work
Prepare and manage project budgets
Prepare and maintain project schedule, including participation in development and regular updates with team members and project stakeholders
Conduct weekly project meetings with the owner, design team members, jurisdictional authorities, and construction team members
Ensure project adherence to the contracted scope of work and participate in the preconstruction process as necessary
Manage clients throughout procurement, construction, and post-construction processes
Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance plans during the design and construction phases and align client expectations into this process
Develop and manage departmental reporting guidelines to include daily installation documentation, daily written project updates, and daily/weekly email communications
Plan, coordinate, document, and execute contracted projects
Review and plan projects, track and forecast budgets, source, solicit, and oversee contractors, allocate resources, and communicate with customers
Work with the project development team to identify and develop energy projects
