  • Personal weight + tools not exceeding ladder limits (Class 1: 250 lbs., Class 1A: 300 lbs.)
  • Perform work at heights up to 90' (ladders, scaffolds, aerial lifts, etc.)
  • Work in restricted areas (switchgear rooms, manholes, tunnels, crawl spaces, attics)
  • Wear PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, work boots, high visibility shirt, respirator, harness, ear protection as required)
  • Repetitive use of legs, arms, hands, and fingers
  • Able to work 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week, overtime, and nights as needed
  • Provide Social (documentation, e.g., Social Security)

Responsibilities

  • Complete project on time and under budget
  • Create a reputation that leaves the GC, owner, and all parties desiring to work with you and your team again
  • Train Foreman to excel in Safety, Productivity & Quality
  • Promptly maintain/update data within project management software (Bluebeam, OneNote, basic Microsoft programs)
  • Verify blueprints created by drafting dept
  • Review purchase order contracts and product submittals to verify conformity to project bid documents
  • Manage permitting, submittals, RFIs, revised drawings, and project schedules
  • Ensure Foremen perform their role properly (Safety of crew, project planning, productivity, quality, tool inventory, timesheets, etc.)
  • Manage material release orders for POCs
  • Ensure quality installations; generate jobsite punchlists regularly
  • Attend meetings and take notes to create action items as required
  • Assess material and tooling needs and facilitate getting items to jobsite
  • Assess and aid in material organization and management on jobsite
  • Manage all aspects of projects from award to closeout (facilitate A-Z)
