Requirements

Ability to lead lump-sum and/or hourly rate projects efficiently from start to finish, fulfilling compliance with local legislation and customer requirements
Adhere to local immigration, tax, and employment laws, alongside customer local requirements
Promote a strong HSEQ culture and support in delivering “New Tomorrow” initiatives
Implement necessary changes for project and company growth
Manage relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
Conduct pre-start inspections and maintain regular on-site presence
Allocate equipment and manpower effectively
Prepare, update, and maintain all project records
Track progress, manage budgets, and report outcomes
Identify opportunities to boost project revenue in collaboration with Sales
Build and guide a high-performing project team
Knowledge of wind turbines and direct management experience (highly preferred)
Willingness to travel to project sites (25% travel requirement, up to 50 days per year), with proactive and solution-oriented attitude and daily focus on safety
Fluent in English with excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively at all levels
Detail-oriented, capable of juggling multiple projects and deadlines with precision
Solution-oriented, flexible, self-starter who thrives on teamwork and collaboration

Responsibilities

Lead installation and maintenance teams in delivering wind turbine projects
