Requirements

Well-organized, self-directed, and experienced in project management (SaaS Implementation)
Ability to manage large-scale projects and technical assistance engagements including scheduling, project planning, stakeholder management, risk identification and mitigation, issue tracking, solutioning, communication, and documentation per client standards
Proficiency in Smartsheet or Microsoft Project for developing and maintaining project plans
Deep curiosity when working with technical and implementation teams to determine steps and timelines
Ability to develop a high-level understanding of supported products and their usage
Understanding of contracts and deliverables to ensure requirements and scope are met
Proactive communication with clients and internal stakeholders on out-of-scope work
Ability to work with Client Success Manager for funding approvals
Proactive risk identification, management, and mitigation guidance
Experience reviewing client complaints and improving client experience
Ability to create monthly project status reports and provide metrics
Proficiency in creating and managing Jira tickets with timely updates
Knowledge of change control procedures to manage project scope
Ability to direct, lead, and mentor project team members, act as escalation point and coach
Skills in providing project status updates in various formats, including dashboards
Experience managing utilization, allocation, and burn rates
Ability to facilitate regular project team meetings, including with clients, and lead additional meetings with agendas, notes, and documentation

Responsibilities

Prepare and track all formal project correspondence to/from the client and distribute relevant information to management and project team
Develop and maintain accurate and updated project plans using Smartsheet or Microsoft Project
Track and ensure project burn rate is within identified projections
Demonstrate deep curiosity with technical/implementation teams to determine steps and timeline for completion
Develop high-level understanding of supported products and usage
Understand contract and deliverables to ensure requirements and scope are met
Proactively communicate and address out-of-scope work requests with clients and stakeholders
Work with Client Success Manager to request funding for out-of-scope work
Proactively identify risks in implementation plan and guide client in management/mitigation
Review client complaints/concerns and improve client experience
Create monthly project status report
Work with Client Success Manager to provide metrics for monthly client status report
Create Jira tickets for deliverables; ensure timely updates
Work closely with internal teams to prioritize, update, and discuss tickets to avoid issues
Follow change control procedures to manage project scope
Direct, lead, and mentor project team members; act as escalation point and coach
Provide project status to management, team, and client in various formats including dashboards
Manage utilization, allocation, and burn for each project
Facilitate regular project team meetings including with internal members and clients
Lead additional meetings, create agendas, and document/publish meeting notes and actions
