Responsibilities

  • Manage one or more intermediate and/or complex projects, up to highest-level complexity or program area, within matrix team environment
  • Provide leadership, direction, training, coordination, and effective communication to initiate, plan, execute, monitor/control, and close projects safely, efficiently, economically, with risk balance to achieve short/long-range goals and maximum customer satisfaction
  • Provide project transparency and develop relationships/communicate effectively with all stakeholders (internal/external customers, team, suppliers, contractors, vendors, industry peers) for sound business decisions
  • Plan, organize, direct, coordinate, and supervise assigned project and outage work activities
  • Use project management principles/techniques (Waterfall, Agile) for the organization
