Requirements

B.E. / B.Tech or equivalent degree
8+ years experience in project management or in like roles/businesses
In-depth understanding of key company Services' operational policies, processes and methodologies applicable to project management
Speaks with authority to most layers of depth related to project management methods
Makes use of and contributes to the company's PM Professions community
Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills including creating usable documentation and tools
Leadership: Forming and leading teams to successful outcomes by eliminating barriers and delivering results
Project Methodology: Building and executing strategic initiatives by delivering comprehensive planning, tracking and performance

Responsibilities

Facilitate successful project definition, planning, scheduling, resourcing
Manage Security project transition to operations
Manage internal POR & transformation projects
Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
Manage project scope by ensuring any changes are documented and approved through a change control process
Proactively identify project issues and risks and create successful action plans for resolving issues and mitigating risks
Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports to client, project teams, and other project stakeholders
Continually seek opportunities to increase client satisfaction and strengthen relationships
Make decisions, escalate where/when needed
Handle very large/complex/single or multiple region projects
Identify and develop new opportunities with client
Frequently represent the organization to external customers/clients
