Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  • Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Project Planning
  • Interest and awareness of digital technology and its application in the Engineering field
  • Experience and understanding of design process management when delivering integrated system solutions
  • Previous experience working in Quality Managed systems and companies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate highly technical information in a clear, concise manner
  • Good commercial awareness, excellent leadership skills, and an adaptable working style

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining, leading, and developing the project execution process, from quotation request through contract award to project closeout
  • Serving as the primary customer contact, developing relationships, and managing contracts effectively
  • Managing project risk, including change/supplier management, resolving issues, and ensuring quality of on-time and on-budget delivery
  • Reporting on progress, communicating internally and externally, and knowledge-sharing across projects to ensure and inform best practice
  • Developing and maintaining a good working relationship with the Customer and its representatives
  • Ensuring that project schedule with milestones, manpower requirements, and cost budgets are established
  • Leading and developing the internal project team in support of achieving the agreed project goals
  • Monitoring the project performance in a systematic way regarding quality, safety, progress, cost, and mitigating actions if deviations occur
  • Supporting ongoing Business Development activities and providing support to tendering process
  • Managing internal Variation Orders and Customer instigated Change Orders, including their internal price clearance, submission, negotiation, implementation, and tracking
