Responsibilities

  • Lead all phases of study management: Planning, Setup, Monitoring, and Closeout
  • Gather customer requirements and translate into internal deliverables
  • Develop study documentation, track equipment, and manage data archiving
  • Monitor timelines and financials (budget reviews, forecasting, scope changes, invoicing)
  • Identify and mitigate study risks; escalate issues as needed
  • Foster collaboration and effective communication across internal and external teams
  • Present study services at meetings and support client interactions
  • Assist with onboarding and training new team members
