MSc in Civil Engineering (BSc may be considered with extensive experience)
Minimum 15 years in major infrastructure projects, with at least 5 years in marine/coastal works
Proven leadership in international contractor environments
Strong knowledge of marine construction methods and prestressed concrete systems
Experience with cable-stayed or tensioned structures is a plus
Excellent planning, cost control, and team management skills
Willingness to work full-time on a remote site under rotation or long-term deployment

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities
Ensure proper execution of dredging, rockfill, piling, concrete caissons, sheet piling, and other marine works
Manage production teams and subcontractors to meet technical, safety, and timeline requirements
Monitor progress vs. schedule and budget; implement corrective actions as needed
Coordinate with engineering and planning teams to resolve technical issues
Oversee resource planning, logistics, and material forecasting
Supervise execution of post-tensioned concrete structures
