Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years’ Market Research experience, preferably in Operations

Responsibilities

  • Handle costing, setup, execution, and closure of projects
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure data quality
  • Manage single or multi-country projects, offline or mixed methodology projects, and/or highly technical/complex projects
  • Brief vendors, manage fieldwork, and ensure capacity meets project needs
  • Implement QA procedures, ensure data security, and adhere to SOPs and regulations
  • Track project costs, manage changes, and drive continuous improvement
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide timely updates
  • Enable fulfilment of operations deliverables in line with budget, schedule, and quality assurance based on global standard operating procedures
  • Collaborate effectively across multiple functions for project execution and deliverables to meet project/client commitments
