Requirements

  • Bachelor/master’s degree
  • Fluency in Dutch and English
  • 3+ years of professional experience in project management and/or PMO roles
  • Experience working in dynamic delivery environments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across different levels
  • Able to manage day-to-day project operations while keeping the bigger picture in mind
  • Familiar with project lifecycles and comfortable supporting process improvements
  • Critical thinker with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach
  • Ability to work structured and with an eye for detail
  • Eager to develop and grow within a high-performing PMO team
  • Bonus: Knowledge and experience in both Waterfall and Agile delivery
  • Bonus: Prince2, P3O and/or IPMA-D certification

Responsibilities

  • Support and co-drive the planning and coordination of projects or programs across multiple teams
  • Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication
  • Help define project objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with leads
  • Maintain oversight of project progress, risks, and issues, escalating when needed
  • Support and co-drive the implementation and improvement of delivery processes and tools
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards and client requirements
  • Identify opportunities for more efficient ways of working and support change initiatives
  • Contribute to team development by sharing knowledge and supporting training needs
  • Foster a positive, collaborative team environment
