Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management experience, representing owners in the delivery of building developments
  • A university degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or Interior Design
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is a plus
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese (both verbal and written)
  • Strong computer skills, including knowledge of scheduling software (MS Project), MS Office, and AutoCAD (preferred)

  • Prepare and maintain as-built documentation and ensure accurate reporting
  • Manage financial frameworks, forecasts, and cost tracking logs, providing regular financial reporting
