5+ years of project management experience, representing owners in the delivery of building developments
A university degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or Interior Design
Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is a plus
Proficiency in English and Chinese (both verbal and written)
Strong computer skills, including knowledge of scheduling software (MS Project), MS Office, and AutoCAD (preferred)

Contribute to cost optimization efforts and scope management
Prepare and maintain as-built documentation and ensure accurate reporting
Manage financial frameworks, forecasts, and cost tracking logs, providing regular financial reporting
