Requirements

3+ years of experience in the Civil Engineering field
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related program
PE (Professional Engineering) license (preferred)
Experience working on land/site development projects
Strong AutoCAD and Civil3D skills (preferred)
Excellent written and verbal skills, including public speaking

Responsibilities

Support delivery of commercial and residential land development projects from inception to completion
Prepare design reports and analyses
Perform code searches and assist in reviewing local, county, state, and federal project codes
Prepare technical drawings (Site Plans, Grading Plans, Utility Plans, Erosion Control Plans, and Stormwater Management Design) for permitting and construction
Create a complete set of contract documents and specifications
Prepare stormwater calculations and assist in completing permits
Plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate each phase of the project
Coordinate with Ware Malcomb consultants and client's consultants for complete, coordinated contract documents
Provide construction services, including site visits and reviewing shop drawings
